Cosmetic restoration of a brickwork facade to a property in South Wales. Skilled application of repair mortar and bespoke colour tint wash enabled us to breath new life into a tired and aged brickwork frontage. 

Breathing New Life into a Tired Brickwork Facade.

The brickwork to the front of this property in Penarth, just to the south of Cardiff in South Wales is in a typical state for its age. Areas of decayed mortar and brick, mixed with areas where decayed brick and mortar as been poorly repaired over the years using the incorrect materials. 

Skilled Remedial Repair Technicians start by removing any loose debris from the brickwork, as well as sanding back and removing the previously completed poor quality repairs. We then use binding repair mortar to rebuild both the brick and mortar, texturing and then colour tinting to match into the surrounding original brickwork. 

We then use a bespoke Brick Wash Tint across the full area and bring the brickwork back to life. 

The result is a consistent restored facade with much 'sharper' brickwork.
