Tinting to over twenty plots on this site of over 100 homes in the North of Dublin in order to introduce a new 'brick type' to the development to break up the finished street scene. Tinting them was the perfect solution. 

When Planners Change their Minds.

This site had been built using two brick types but when it was finished planners decided that they wanted to introduce another brick type into the development to help break it up a little. 

Working with the planning authority and the housing developer we created and got approved a new brick colour tint and chose the most suitable plots to apply the colour change to in order to maximise the impact of tinting the plots to achieve the desired affect.
